The Xbox 360 is much more than a simple video game console. The machine can play music, movies, stream video from your PC onto your TV and, with a connected hard drive, can save your movie and music files. Transferring these files to your Xbox 360 from your PC is not an overly difficult task, though it does require a small piece of third-party hardware.
Connect your Xbox 360 USB Flash Drive to your PC via a USB port.
Move the files you want to transfer to your Xbox 360 USB drive by opening your 'Computers' window and double-clicking on the thumb drive icon to open the drive in a new window. Click and drag the files into the window to copy them.
Remove the USB drive from your PC after transferring the files and plug the drive into one of the front Xbox 360 USB ports.
Power on your Xbox and navigate to the 'Videos' sub-menu. Select the 'Portable Memory' option.
Select your video file and pick 'Copy to Hard Drive' from the list of options that appears. This will begin the process of copying the video over to the Xbox 360 hard drive.
